Discover New YOKOHAMA Tourism（第2回目）を開催いたしました。
本事業では、「地域に入り、つくって、食べて、繋がる」をテーマに、金沢区エリアにて体験型プログラムを実施いたしました。
当日は、永島農園様にご協力いただき、椎茸狩り体験を実施。参加者は実際に収穫を行い、地域の農業や自然に触れる機会となりました。
その後は、蕎麦打ち体験を行い、自ら打った蕎麦と収穫した椎茸を使用した天ぷらを、南部市場 花板食堂様にご協力いただき実食いたしました。
参加者からは、
「自分で収穫した食材をその場で味わえる体験が新鮮だった」
「地域の人との交流が印象的だった」
など、多くの好評のお声をいただきました。
また、今回も株式会社スマートボックス様にご協力いただき、翻訳アプリ「ドコツーAI」を活用しながらコミュニケーションを実施。
言語や文化の壁を越えた交流の場となりました。
今回の事業を通じて、地域の日常や食文化そのものが観光資源となり、人と人との繋がりを生み出す「関わる観光」の可能性を改めて実感する機会となりました。

We held the second “Discover New YOKOHAMA Tourism” event.
Under the theme of “entering the community, creating, eating, and connecting,” this program offered participants hands-on experiences in the Kanazawa Ward area.
During the event, participants enjoyed a shiitake mushroom harvesting experience with the cooperation of Nagashima Farm, where they were able to engage directly with local agriculture and nature.
Afterward, participants joined a soba-making workshop and enjoyed freshly made soba and tempura prepared using the shiitake mushrooms they harvested themselves, with the cooperation of Hanaita Shokudo at Nanbu Market.
Participants shared positive feedback such as:
“It was a unique experience to harvest ingredients and eat them right away,”
and
“The interactions with local people were especially memorable.”
With the support of Smartbox Co., Ltd., communication was once again facilitated through the translation app “Docotsu-AI,” creating meaningful exchanges that transcended language and cultural differences.
Through this program, participants experienced the potential of “participatory tourism,” where local daily life and food culture themselves become tourism resources that connect people and communities.
